Most Likely The Most Powerful Vision Exercise To Correct Your Eyesight
There’re many ways out there that you could try to improve eyesight. A number of them are surely beneficial, some are just alright, and others are simply a waste of time. How will you distinguish which is which?
That’s my problem two years ago. Ever since then, I’ve carefully use every the vision exercises I am aware of and charted my progress. How did they fare? My outcome shocked me.
20% of the vision therapy I tried was accountable for 80% of my progress. I take note of those eye exercises and combined them as what I named “the basics”. These eye exercises, I think, are the core of any vision strengthening program.
In this article, I’d like to show you one of those eye exercises. It’s called “palming”. It may sound too straight-forward but trust me, it works. It goes like this:
Make sure you are not standing for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and softly put your palms on them, so that you can’t see light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Think of something that relaxes you. It can be any one thing. A relaxing beach? A small garden surrounded by large field of blossoms, perhaps.
When you palm, make sure you arrange a countdown timer hence you do not be anxious about how long you have been doing it. Palm for a whole ten minutes, 3 times a day. Once when you wake up in the crack of dawn, once during your recess from work and once simply before you go to sleep.
Palming at the start of the day allows you to set an expectation for the rest of the day. The one in the afternoon enables your eyes to chill out and moderate stress. While the one in the evening calm your eyes and readies it for sleep.
