Whilst browsing I came across some really terrible figures when it came to children wearing glasses. Many of them do not understand why they are being picked on and so many of them also want to not use their glasses anymore simply because they are  being bullied, but why is this?

It would be wrong of me to say that every single glasses wearer is smart as this is not true but the smart ones are the ones bullies often target. This is on the whole anyway. Many children feel threatened by the clever students which is of course why they attempt to bully them in the first place.
