Full spectrum daylight bulbs, on the other hand, throw out the same spectrum of light as you get from the sun. You’ll find these bulbs used in a sad lamp that are designed to be used by individuals who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder. They don’t have to be just used by those suffering from SAD, they give excellent light for all.

Good lighting is essential to avoid eye strain and headaches. Getting the right lighting can make an enormous difference to everyday indoor tasks.
