Each organization has their own fixed jobbers. It is invariably low rates to buy Shades from wholesalers directly than from retailers. It makes a difference in the prices, as the retailer benefit gets deduced. But for big name brands, Purchasing from a middleman or a retailer does not make much of a conflict.
