Sunglasses, They Make You Look Great!

Our eyes are frequently compared to our muscles and spectacles are usually compared to “crutches”. A number of {}vision~eyesight “gurus” believe that by putting on spectacles, you exhaust your eye muscles and degenerate your vision~eyesight{}. Hence, they concluded, you have to perform eye exercises to “strengthen” them.

But is that true?

Think about it. What are the awful vision habits that make your vision to corrupt from the beginning? Staring and squinting in the dim situation causes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… providing that anything makes vision decay, it’s not “weak eye muscles”, it is strain!

The term “eye exercises” are really deceiving. They are in fact, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises relaxes your eye muscles, not enhance them! They perform this through encouraging proper eyesight habits and when you do them frequently, you’ll subconsciously get the principles behind them.

When you once again grasped appropriate vision habits, your eyes will by nature see sharply again. Specs are bad not because it “impairs” your eye muscles… they’re poor because they didn’t allow your eye muscles to relax!

Just like your other senses, vision should be effortless. You will not find yourself “trying” to listen, touch, smell or taste. Even providing that you intend to do so, you can’t. That is the goal you’re aiming for: effortless sight! Also it could only be accomplished if you get rid of your eyeglasses and perform vision therapy. Needless to say, constantly make sure you put on your eyeglasses whenever you undertake hazardous activities such as driving or crossing the road!

Having said that, you should also consider how not making use of spectacles will influence your eyesight habit. Would it make you squint even more? If so, you should ponder purchasing spectacles with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision therapy. This will enable you to see reasonably clear but at the same time allows room for betterment.
