Sunglasses, They Make You Look Great!

Our eyes are always examine in contrast to our muscles and spectacles are always compared to “crutches”. Few vision “gurus” believe that through putting on spectacles, you weaken your eye muscles and destory your eyesight. Hence, they concluded, you have to perform eye exercises to “strengthen” them.

However is that true?

Think about that. What’re crappy vision practices that cause your eyesight to deteriorate in the first place? Staring and squinting in the dark causes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… if anything makes vision deteriorate, it is not “weak eye muscles”, it’s strain!

The name “eye exercises” are very much deceiving. They’re actually, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises relaxes your eye muscles, not empower them! They do this through simulating appropriate vision habits and when you perform them regularly, you will subconsciously take up the principles behind them.

When you once again picked up appropriate eyesight habits, your eyes will automatically see clearly again. Specs are bad not because it “weakens” your eye muscles… they are awful because they won’t allow your eye muscles to relax!

Just like your the other senses, sight should be effortless. You will not find yourself “trying” to hear, touch, smell or taste. Even if you try to do that, you cannot. That is the goal you’re aiming for: effortless sight! And it could only be get done if you throw away your spectacles and do vision exercises. Naturally, always make sure you use your glasses whenever you engage in dangerous activities just like driving or crossing the road!

This is one of the biggest misunderstanding folks have when naturally improving their vision. When you’re tired, don’t do eye exercises because you will not be able to relax. For once in your life, counter intuitive as it may be, more effort does not necessarily mean superior results!
