Why The Sun Is Good For Your Eyes and How You Can Make Use of It

Some of you might not have heard of the likelihood to rebuild your vision so this may be a little shocking for you. Truth is, natural vision improvement is not just achievable, it’s actually quite simple. I went from a naive teenager to almost no spectacles in approximately eight months.

Here, I will share with you one easy habit I find out in the first week of starting. I’ll not go into too many specific aspect due to restictions of space here but I had create a website where I share my experience. For now let’s go into the good stuff.

It is easy to do – simply close your eyes and face the sun then sway your head left to right and back over and over. When you doing this, you will feel the warmth of the sun shifts across your face, also you will notice the sun seems to “shift in the opposite way of where you’re swaying to.” In other words supposing that you are moving to the left, it might seems to be turning to the right.

Warning: Do not do that as long as the sun is glaring and keep in mind not to put on any kind of corrective lenses while doing this!

So why is sunning beneficial to improve vision?

1. The warm stream of sunlight calms your eye – and thus decrease strain that was encouraged by spectacles, squinting and making your eye open when it’s already tired.

2. Bear in mind the opposite movement of the sun I mentioned about preciously? Movement is vital as long as you wish to rebuild your vision. The concept is complex so I’ll not go in depth here however feel free to drop by my blog if you wish to understand how movement alter your eyesight.

It is of course that you should not overdo it. Many individuals get most benefit from only sunning five to ten minutes every day, although twenty to thirty minutes of sun exposure is necessary for your overall health.
